Situation and opportunity audits

Facilitation & Mentoring

  • One on one mentoring and facilitation of key executives within your organisation to ensure they are performing at the highest level of potential

Project Management & Consulting

  • Createx Director, Michael Guthrie will work within your organisation on a fixed term/project basis where you either do not have the existing staff resource or the current staff are too busy doing to their own jobs to take on an additional project. This may include working temporarily in that role, until a new appointee can come on board.
